FAB Formwork & Reinforcement Ltd is a specialist reinforced-concrete contractor delivering steel reinforcement, formwork and concrete works for tier-one and regional main contractors.
Founded on Merseyside in 2016, we have grown through direct delivery, continued investment and lasting client relationships — without losing the practical, accountable approach on which the business was built.
From First Spillway to Nationwide Delivery
FAB began in 2016 with a small founding team, deep site experience and a clear belief: reinforced-concrete packages should be understood properly, planned early and delivered right.
That principle shaped our first spillway and sea-defence works and continues to guide the business today. Since then, FAB has progressed to concurrent projects across the country, covering major infrastructure, defence, water, industrial, coastal, commercial and residential work.
Growth has been steady and self-funded. We have reinvested in directly employed, fully certified teams and an owned plant fleet so that we can self-deliver our work, maintain clear control and give clients one accountable delivery partner.
Much of our work comes through repeat relationships. Clients know they can involve us early, have a straightforward conversation about scope and buildability, and rely on an experienced team when the package reaches site.

The strongest concrete packages start before the first pour is programmed. Early access to the drawings, bill of quantities, programme and project constraints allows us to understand the work in detail and raise the right questions.
